Li Lixia is a section chief in the Law and Regulation Department, China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (CBIRC). Ms. Li joined the China Banking Regulatory Commission (The predecessor of CBIRC) in 2009 and worked in the supervision department for 6 years. She is a member of the China-UK Netting Working group and has been promoting the clarity on close-out netting enforceability in China
