Mr. Liang Cheng, PhD in Economics, is the General Manager of Shenzhen Qianhai Equity Exchange Center, Vice Chairman of the OTC Market Committee and the Chairman of the IT Committee of the Securities Association of China (2018-Present).

Mr. Liang served as the Deputy General Manager of Qianhai Financial Holdings Co., Ltd from 2014 to 2018, Managing Partner in an equity investment firm from 2010 to 2014, and Branch President of Shenzhen Development Bank (the predecessor of Ping An Bank) from 1993 to 2010.
