Lydia Li is heading Fidelity International’s Legal and Compliance functions in China. She played an incremental role in supporting FIL International achieving the first WFOE Private Fund Manager Qualification onshore in Jan 2017. Lydia has around 19 years of experience working on China capital market with wide coverage from Shanghai Stock Exchange and China Securities Regulatory Commission to UBS Securities and Credit Suisse Founders Securities. Lydia holds LL.M degrees from University College London and East China University of Politics and Law and PhD degree in Economics from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. She is also a PRC Legal Qualification holder.
