Michael is a Director and member of the leadership team of KPMG’s Infrastructure & Government Advisory Practice based in Hong Kong and senior representative of KPMG’s Global Belt & Road Centreof Excellence.

Originally from Australia, Michael’s expertise extends to providing commercial, financial and operational advice to clients in the infrastructure, construction and real estate sectors across AsiaPacific and the global markets. Michael’s has advised on the execution of more than 20 successfullyclosed major projects across the sports, utilities, transport, health, social and commercial property sectors.

As part of Michael’s work in the sector, a key focus is assisting in the commercial advancement of theAsian infrastructure landscape. This includes expediting the development and take-up of innovative contract and financing structures, with the objective of bringing greater volumes of attractive commercial opportunities to market and delivering enhanced social and economic outcomes for Governments across the region.
