Ms. Nopnuanparn Pavasant is the Director of the Fintech Department at the Securities and Exchange Commission. Prior to this position, she acted as the Assistant Director of the Legal Counsel and Development Department at the Securities and Exchange Commission. Ms. Pavasant holds Bachelor of Law from Chulalongkorn University, Master of Law from the University of Cambridge and Doctor of Legal Science from the University of Hong Kong.
