Peter is the Head of Innovation and Market Data for Eastspring Investments, responsible for leading the innovation practice, automation programmes, as well as enterprise market data.

Peter joined Eastspring Investments from Singapore Exchange. Peter held various roles across the SGX Group, including Group Head of Digital Services FICC where he was responsible for driving technology platform development and integration. Peter was previously Group Head of Innovation, driving programmes to advance the enterprise value of technology, leading the cloud practice in a highly regulated environment, and the digital asset programmes. Peter was also the pioneer of SGX’s co-location business. Prior to Singapore Exchange, Peter was an IBM campus hire where he joined as a software engineer, working on assignments in Singapore, the United States and Europe.

Peter holds a B.Eng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and is active in the startup community as a sponsor and an advisor. Peter also holds a Patent in Digital Asset technology.
