She has led the delivery of innovative solutions to meet the needs of Front Office (sales and trading), Middle Office (product control and valuations), Back Office (Operations & post trade) and market/credit risk.

Puay Hwa has played a pivotal role in helping the bank clinch highly coveted accolades including several global and regional innovation awards from Euromoney, Global Finance and Finance Asia for FIX Marketplace, Asia’s first fully digital and automated fixed income execution platform.
