Rudy has more than 26 years of banking and capital market experience and joined Citi in 2006 as Head of Regional Network Management with lead responsibility for the Asia-Pacific Region and an integral member of the Citi Global Network Management team. His focus is the consistency and best-in-class product offerings across the branch network including Asset Servicing, FX and Settlement, Account Documentation, Market Information / Intelligence as well as selection, monitoring and risk management of sub-custodians across Asia Pacific. Prior to this role, Rudy was Head of Securities Services Operations for ASEAN at Standard Chartered Bank.

Rudy is a member of Association of Global Custodian (AGC) Asia Focus, ASIFMA Post Trade Committee, International member of Group of ASEAN+3 Bond Market Forum (ABMF) as well as SWIFT Regional Working Group and has been proactively engaging the industry associations to work with regulators to understand market changes across the region and ensuring the alignment among multiple parties.

Rudy has a Master of Business Administration from the Graduate School of Business University of Adelaide, South Australia and International Cash Management Certificate from United Kingdom Association of Corporate Treasurers (ACT) as well as a degree in Computer Engineering from University of Indonesia, Jakarta.
