Son Pham has been working at Deutsche Bank AG Hochiminh City for more than twenty years with various positions. In 2013, he had held the position of Director in Global Markets. During 2018-2020 Deutsche Bank AG Vietnam have successfully rolled out e-FX solutions (FX4Cash, Autobahn FX, MBPs) to most of its clients and automated its FX settlement process.

Before joining Deutsche bank, Son worked for Natexis Banque BFCE, Hochiminh City branch for three years in the Trade Service department. He is also one of the founder members of the Vietnam Bond Market Association since 2007.

Son has an M.B.A. degree from Maastricht School of Management and a Bachelor degree from the Banking University of Vietnam.
