Stephanie Lau is the Co-Founder & Board Member of Women in Tech HK. Women in Tech HK is a non-profit community dedicated to help female advance by providing them with a platform for connections and an avenue for capacity building. The community’s vision is to achieve gender diversity and speed up cultural change in the tech industry. As an advocate in Female Empowerment, Stephanie is also the Regional Head of She Loves Tech at the Greater Bay Area of China and the HKSAR Representative at APEC’s Policy Partnership on Women and Economy Working Group. She was nominated as a Global Shaper under the World Economic Forum.

Professionally, Stephanie is an Enterprise Consultant specialises in Alternative Investment coverage and with solid understanding on modern FinTech (incl. Alternative Data, AI & ML) and their applications to capital market operators. She has extensive experience in FinTech advisory and is skilled at optimising client’s investment workflow with technology.
