Tina joined Community Business in 2012 and heads their Diversity and Inclusion in Asia Network (DIAN), the leading network of companies and professionals committed to advancing D&I in Asia. She contributes to Community Business’ various campaigns that tackle inequality in the workplace and is involved in the work they do around Work-Life Harmony, CSR and Community Investment. She has co-authored and contributed to the organisation’s pioneering, Asia-focused research.

Tina’s work takes her around Asia where she does research, runs workshops, and speaks at conferences on a variety of topics including: D&I strategy; facets of diversity such as culture, gender, disability, mental health, LGBT+; and inclusion in the workplace and in society. She is particularly interested in exploring the interplay of individuals’ multiple identities and an intersectional approach to D&I challenges.

Prior to Community Business, she was a corporate governance advocate working with the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) in Manila.
