Tomoko Morita is Senior Director and Head of Tokyo Office of International Swaps and Derivatives Association, Inc. (ISDA). She is working on a range of policy issues, including Japanese public policy, risk management, collateral management and benchmark reforms. Prior to joining ISDA, she was at the Industrial Bank of Japan (IBJ) where she worked on establishing their collateral management unit, as well as the risk management framework for investment securities portfolio at IBJ’s Risk Management Department.
