Urszula McCormack is a leading regulatory specialist focussing on financial technology, data regulation and financial crime compliance.

Urszula’s work in the technology space covers:

• payment technologies;
• financial services licensing;
• blockchain-based digital assets;
• digital platforms, including rules-based OTC desks and regulated exchanges; and
• eKYC / KYC utilities and digital identity projects.

Spanning these areas, she advises on privacy regulation, digital transformation and algorithmic design.
