Liu Borong is the Chairman of the Executive Committee of the China Securitization Forum; the Head of the Financial Department of Zhong Lun Law Firm.

Mr Liu was ranked as the “Eminent Practitioner” for two consecutive years from 2017 to 2018 , “Band 1” lawyer for ten consecutive years by Chambers & Partners from 1997 to 2016 in Chambers Asia in the field of asset securitization in China and Asia.

Mr Liu and his 11 years close team partners are the co-authors of the Chambers Global Practice Guide Securitization 2019 China, a Chinese-English bilingual practice guide published in March 2019.

Mr Liu is the fonder and the  Chairman of the Board of the China DAF  Charity (www.DAF-charity.org.cn) , the first Donor Advised Fund foundation in China, drawing on overseas donor advised fund model with charitable accounts comparable to virtual charitable foundations.
