Vimal is a Director and Assistant General Counsel at Bank of America, where his primary responsibilities include regulatory reform for the Asia Pacific region. Vimal’s focus includes margin reform, clearing, benchmarks reform and ESG regulations. Vimal also supports the fixed income, rates and currencies business at Bank of America. Prior to joining Bank of America, Vimal was an associate at Linklaters in London and Hong Kong, where he advised financial institutions and corporates on fixed income and equity-linked derivatives transactions.
