Winnie Pun, CA, Managing Director, is Head of Public Policy for Asia Pacific and a member of the Asia Pacific Executive Committee of BlackRock.

From 2005 to 2016 she was BlackRock’s Head of Asia ex-Japan Institutional Business. Before joining BlackRock, Ms. Pun was the Director of Investments at State Street Global Advisors Asia Limited overseeing investments and ETF product development in Asia. From 1998 to 2001 she was Head of Disposal and Research at the Hong Kong Monetary Authority. She spent five years from 1993 to 1998 as the Director of Research at Amundi Hong Kong (formerly Indosuez). Prior to that Ms. Pun spent three years as a Senior Portfolio Manager at Standard Chartered Equitor Asset Management. She began her career in the audit division of Arthur Andersen Australia.

Ms. Pun is a Chartered Accountant and earned a BComm degree in accounting and economics from the University of Melbourne.
