Xun received his LL.B degree in law and his LL.M degree in jurisprudence from Fudan University. He also received an LL.M degree from Columbia University USA.  Xun is admitted to practice in the P.R.C. and qualified in New York State, USA.  Before joining Llinks, Xun worked at various internationally renowned law firms in Shanghai, Hong Kong, London, etc.  He has 18 years of practical experience, including nearly 8 years abroad.

Xun has long been practicing in technology-related legal areas, mainly advising in the Life science, finance, TMT, and high-end manufacturing companies on IP,  data security and regulatory matters.  He has been invited to publish articles in China Law & Practice, Data Guidance, Computer and Technology Law Review and E-Commerce Law Practitioner, and has been responsible for writing “Telecom Media – China” for Getting the Deal Through many times.
