Rachana is responsible for business development initiatives of NSE for listing of equity and debt for Corporates, Starts-Ups, SMEs and on NSE IFSC (Gift City).  She is Post Graduate in financial management and Commerce and Law graduate.  Rachana has been with the Exchange since 2001 and has wide ranging experience in Business Development, Regulatory and Operational roles. She represents the Exchange in various committees / advisory groups of the Regulator.
