Huayi is the Global Head of Electronic Trading Solutions at Daiwa Capital Markets, based in Hong Kong. He focuses on Algorithmic Trading and High-Medium frequency electronic equities trading business and delivering the best execution service to Daiwa’s clients globally. He has previously worked at UBS for nearly 7 years, focusing on Algorithmic Trading, leading UBS expansion of Electronic Trading services in China. Prior to that, he worked as a principal engineer for ITG algorithmic trading group since 2005. His interest spans the whole vertical of trading, up to understanding client’s real needs, create win-win strategies and down to technical details for trading system.
