Mr. Wong joined Hong Kong Police Force in 2011 and has held several cyber crime related management positions since 2014.  Being in charge of the Collaboration team of the Cyber Security and Technology Crime Bureau (CSTCB), Mr. WONG is now responsible for collaborating with the private and public sectors to raise the awareness of the emerging cyber threats in Hong Kong.

Prior to that, Mr. Wong also served the District Investigation Team, Technology Crime Investigation Team and took the role of Head of the Cyber Security Centre (CSC) of CSTCB in 2015, at which he was involved in large-scaled cyber-attack cases in Hong Kong.

Mr. Wong is an INTERPOL accredited trainer in Computer Forensics, Certified Ethical Hacker, Certified Penetration Tester and obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Economics from University of Essex, United Kingdom.
