Peter Siembab is a Managing Director and Associate General Counsel at Bank of America leading the investment banking legal team for the Asia Pacific Region advising on regulatory developments and equity and debt capital markets transactions and M&A advisory engagements.  Previously, in Asia he was with Nomura, Citigroup and Skadden Arps.  Prior to his legal career, Mr. Siembab worked at Jim Henson Productions and Showtime Networks on the development and production of motion pictures and television projects. Mr. Siembab is the chair of ASIFMA’s Equity Capital Market Committee and a member of the Asia Pacific Regional Committee of the International Capital Markets Association (ICMA).  Mr. Siembab is the regional chair of Bank of America’s LGBT+ Pride Ally Network, a member of the Bank’s Asia Pacific Diversity & Inclusion Council and a winner of the Bank’s Global Diversity and Inclusion Manager Award in 2017.
