Osamu Okuyama is Head of ETF Group, Nomura Asset Management since 2016.

Prior to this, he was Chief Investment Officer for Quantitative Active and Index Strategies of Nomura.

Before joining Nomura in 2008, he also worked at Sumitomo Trust Bank as Head of Quantitative Research and Investment Officer of Global Active Equity. He has over 30 years of experience in the asset management industry.

He holds MBA in Finance from Hitotsubashi University Graduate School of International Corporate Strategy.
