Andy currently leads the Resourcing function across Asia, responsible for maintaining a smooth supply of talents to meet business demands. His role includes overseeing the governance and compliance processes to ensure the fitness and propriety of talents to meet regulatory mandates. He is also the Chairperson of the Hong Kong Association of Banks’ Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme Committee.

He has been with Standard Chartered Bank since 2012, and previously in a similar role in the manufacturing industry. Prior to leading an in-house talent resourcing function across Asia for the past 17 years, he spent 8 years in executive search.
