Joining PaRR from a Hong Kong local newspaper, Joyce started out covering data privacy, competition, cybersecurity and anti-bribery regulations with a primary focus on Hong Kong and Taiwan. Her coverage later expanded to include Singapore, Malaysia and other jurisdictions in Asia Pacific.

Joyce is also responsible for developing the publication’s M&A regulatory content in the region.
