Mr. Zhu Fagen is currently the Director of the Division of International Organizations, Department of International Affairs at the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC). Mr. Zhu used to be the Deputy Director of the Division of Bilateral Regulatory and Supervisory Cooperation, participating in bilateral and cross-border supervisory and enforcement coordination and collaboration, Free Trade Agreements (FTAs) negotiations and bilateral Economic and Financial Dialogues between CSRC and its overseas counterparts. Mr. Zhu also actively participated in the open-up policy research of the CSRC.
