Hui Xu is a partner in the Beijing and Shanghai offices of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Litigation & Trial Department. Mr. Xu’s practice focuses on advising clients in multi-jurisdictional white collar investigations and litigations, in the areas of FCPA and Chinese bribery laws, export controls, financial crimes, and data privacy. Mr. Xu also assists clients in dealing with regulators in the U.S. and China. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge representing Chinese companies and Chinese government agencies in US regulatory compliance matters and litigation across a number of industry sectors including pharmaceutical, life sciences, high technology, manufacturing and retail.
