John Sedgwick is the Managing Editor of Ignites Asia – Financial Times. He joined Ignites Asia in February 2012. He previously wrote for Eight Custom Media in Hong Kong, the Birmingham Post in the U.K. He received two highly commended awards in the “Journalist of the Year – Pensions Issues” and “Journalist of the Year – Investor Services and Technology” English categories at the State Street Institutional Press Awards in 2014. He has a BA in English Literature and Chinese Studies at the University of Leeds.
