Leonard Kwan is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. and an Emerging Markets Fixed Income Portfolio Manager in Hong Kong. Prior to which, he was an international fixed income trader in Global Trading in T. Rowe Price. Leonard has been in the market since 1997 and brings more than twenty years of developed and emerging markets fixed income investment experience, having worked for a global investment bank across Asia and in London prior to joining T. Rowe Price in 2014. He earned a B.B.A. from the National University of Singapore. He has also earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
