Joyce Huang is a Senior Director at Lianhe Global. She is responsible for the analytical aspects at Lianhe Global covering local government financing vehicles, corporates, and financial institutions in the Asia Pacific region. Joyce is the primary analyst of Qingdao City Construction Investment, Fujian Yango Group and Zhengzhou Urban Construction Investment Group.

Prior to joining Lianhe Global, she spent 13 years with Fitch Ratings based in Hong Kong and Taiwan. Joyce was a Director of Financial Institutions and Insurance at Fitch Ratings and was responsible for credit analysis of banks, non-bank financial institutions and insurance companies in the Asia Pacific region, primarily China, Hong Kong and Taiwan. In addition to providing issuer-specific research, she published sector commentaries on a regular basis.

Joyce was an equity analyst at Taiwan Securities Investment Advisory before joining Fitch Ratings and has experience working in financial institutions, including the largest life insurance company in Taiwan – Cathay Life, and CTBC Bank.

Joyce holds a MA in Financial Management from National Sun Yat-Sen University and a BBA in Statistics from National Cheng Kung University. She is a CFA charterholder and has been designated a Fellow, Life Management Institute, with distinction.
