Kumar Goradia is co-founder of a quantitative research firm focused on proprietary trading strategies.  Prior to that, he ran business development and operations for Tower Research Capital in India and the Middle East, and also established XTX Markets in India.  Kumar was the country markets technology manager at JP Morgan India, and has also managed the equity, listed derivatives, and operations technology initiatives of Citigroup Global Markets in the country.

Earlier he looked after application technology, algorithmic trading, quantitative studies, and India access products for the Institutional business of MF Global India, as well as treasury technology at ICICI Bank. Kumar began his markets career at a private onshore brokerage, where at various points ran arbitrage trading, B2B franchise sales & solutions, clearing, risk management, compliance, and operations.
