Matt Eddy is Head of Real-Time Delivery & Integration at Refinitiv. He has spent time on both the vendor and customer side of financial services technology, which has provided him with an understanding of how to be effective in the global financial marketplace and how to communicate that vision at all levels.

His experience ranges across business, architecture, engineering, support and operations roles in both the market data and enterprise infrastructure areas in locations across Europe, North America and Asia.

He is also skilled at building and improving teams of all maturity levels and geographies, as well as transitioning services to offshore teams and managing outsourced partners.
