Paul is a Director and Global Head of the Custody Payments & Liquidity Product Management team. Previously Paul was part of the Global Custody Product Management team within Investor Services.

Paul has over 20 years of experience within the financial services industry. He joined Citi in November 2017 from J.P. Morgan, where he was leading their APAC Custody Product Development team, based in Sydney. Prior to this, Paul held a number of roles within J.P. Morgan in New York and London in Product Management, Product Development and Finance. Prior to J.P. Morgan, he worked at Deloitte Financial Advisory Services.

Paul is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a B.S. in business administration from the University of Delaware.
