Mr. Ng is the head of the Structured Finance Department in Hong Kong of MUFG Bank, Ltd. He has over 29 years of corporate finance, project finance and mezzanine capital / private equity experience, having previously worked for the merchant banking arms of Société Générale, National Westminster Bank (now part of Royal Bank of Scotland) and Bank of America and the Asian infrastructure mezzanine fund of the Prudential Insurance Company of the U.S.  Mr. Ng’s experience covers advising, arranging, structuring and/or syndicating transactions in the petrochemicals, power, telecommunications, transportation and other infrastructure sectors in various Asian countries.
