Tiak-Peow PHUA is part of the Group Public and Regulatory Affairs team at Standard Chartered Bank where he covers OTC derivatives reforms and LIBOR transition. Prior to joining the bank in May 2017, Tiak-Peow spent three years at IHS Markit, where he was the Asia-Pacific Head of Product and Client Management for MarkitSERV, an industry leading post-trade derivatives processing platform. He was also with the Monetary Authority of Singapore from 2009 – 2013, where he was involved with developing the G20 OTC derivatives reform agenda and formulating Singapore’s policy response in this area.
