Ms.Wang Lei, is currently Deputy Director-General of Capital Account Management Dept., State Administration of Foreign Exchange(SAFE), who has engaged in policy-making of Capital Account Liberalization of China and supervising the relevant cross-border transactions for over 15years. Ms.Wang has deeply participated in making a series of policies of Chinese financial sectors opening-up, such as QFII/RQFII, CIBM, etc. Thus, she has extensive experience and good understanding of those policies and regulation trends.

Ms. Wang graduated from Peking University of China, and holds her Ph.D in Tsinghua University PBC School of Finance.
