Arthur Qian is Head of Compliance for Aberdeen Standard Investments’ China operations, having joined the business in October 2016. Arthur was formerly responsible for various compliance management over AIA China AMC as the Investment Compliance Officer for AIA China.

Prior to this, Arthur had roles in finance, compliance and internal audit at Shanghai Pudong Development Group Finance Company, Everbright-Pramerica Fund Management and Citic-Prudential Fund Management.

He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Econmics from East China Normal University and a Master’s Degree in Law from East China University of Political Science and Law.
