Mr. Li joined CNIC in 2016. CNIC was jointly established by the State Administration of Foreign Exchange and SASAC of the State Council with the aim of facilitating internationalization of Chinese enterprises, preserving and increase the value of state-owned capital. In CNIC, Mr.Li is responsible for managing direct investment activities for the CNIC-led consortiums. Prior to CNIC, Mr.Li was Managing Director of Corporate Development in China Merchants Group.
